Restaurateur Riccardo Marcon, and founder of FRAMA, Niels Strøyer Christophersen, are the people behind Bar Vitrine, a small and in/mate 16-seat contemporary wine bar and eatery in the heart of Copenhagen. Bar Vitrine is a humble and crea/ve partnership with FRAMA, built on the shared passion for honest food, wine and genuine conversa/ons. Helmed by the Indian-born chef Dhri/ Arora, Bar Vitrine opened its doors in September 2024
